California Businesses are REQUIREDto post updated Labor Law Posters
PRIOR to January 1st, 2021!
Labor Law Posters must include mandatory updates effective January 1, 2021 to the California Minimum Wage notice, the EDD’s Notice to Employees, the Family Care and Medical Leave and Pregnancy Disability Leave notice, and to the Your Rights and Obligations as a Pregnant Employee notice.
All-In-One posters must contain the (18) state and federal employment notices
Posters must be located in an area easily accessible and visible to employees
Both an English and Spanish version are required if you have Spanish-speaking employees
On January 1, 2021, the minimum wage increases to $13.00/hour for employers with 25 or fewer employees
On January 1, 2021, the minimum wage increases to $14.00/hour for employers with 26 or more employees.
Avoid noncompliance and steep penalties by informing employees of their current rights in the workplace.
