Job Description
SlingShot  Connections is hiring for a Long Term Document Control Administrator- ASAP

• Prepare, revise, and upload documents into database
• Responsible for the release and maintenance of the documents supporting the company Quality Management System.
• Document Control maintains Quality Management System documents of external origin, such as the AS9100 Aerospace Standard and customer specified QMS standards.
• Make changes and return the updated process control standard along with the marked up copy to the originator for their review and approval.
• Verify approval signatures and update the appropriate logs reflecting the new revision levels.
• Determines if customer approval is required on the process specification procedure changes.
• Verifying the adequacy of new and revised documents and verifying the revision status has been created or revised prior to releasing them into the quality system.
• Should possess an ability and willingness to be involved during internal and external quality audits.

• High school graduate/college education preferred
• Minimum of two years’ experience in same or associated field
• Good communications skills required
• Must be able to read English, count accurately, do simple math, write legibly and follow both verbal and written instruction
• Familiarity with computers running under Windows and Microsoft Office programs Excel, Word, and Outlook Mail
• The candidate must be punctual with good attendance and safety habits and be effective working as a member of a team

Must possess the following qualifications
• Some exposure to Certified Quality Management programs specifically AS9100 or ISO 9001.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Acute attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
